Simply apply one patch to a relatively hair-free part of your body (arm, lower back, thigh or shoulder). Each patch features a ‘symbol’ which starts to fade once activated on your skin. Replace the patch each day in a new position and wash off any residue with warm soapy water.

Patches can be worn in conjunction with our other patches. This patch contains a carefully formulated blend of natural ingredients, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It should not be considered a substitute for medication or professional medical treatment.

Valerian is often referred to as 'Natures Valium', it had been used since the Middle Ages century to treat sleep disorders, used widely in natural medicine as far back as the time of Ancient Greece. Valerian promotes falling asleep but does not reduce night awakenings.

Certain compounds in valerian can act on GABA receptors in the body. GABA is a chemical messenger that helps regulate nerve impulses in your nervous system. Compounds in Valerian may also inhibit an enzyme that destroys GABA. Compounds found in valerian may also interact with serotonin and adenosine which regulate mood and sleep.

Interactions with medication: Valerian has serious interactions with at least sixty-seven different drugs; it is important to check with your healthcare provider before taking any supplements.

Passionflower is a vine that grows in warm regions of the southern United States, Mexico, and South America. It has been used for centuries to treat sleep issues, boils, earaches, liver issues, and other ailments. Passionflower has been taken to treat anxiety and insomnia.

Interactions with medication: Passionflower may cause sleepiness and slowed breathing, interacting with sedative medication which can make you feel drowsier. Taking passionflower with sedative medications might cause breathing problems and/or too much sleepiness.

Ashwagandha is often used as a calming agent and has demonstrated promise in reducing stress and anxiety levels. It has been suggested that it can reduce cortisol levels, a stress hormone, and improve sleep quality. Ashwagandha is considered to be an adaptogen, which means it can support eh body to cope with stress and assist to restore balance.

Interactions with medication: ashwagandha may interact with some medications, including those for diabetes and high blood pressure, medicines that decrease the immune system response (immunosuppressants), sedatives, anti-seizure medications (anticonvulsants), and thyroid hormone medications.

It is considered an "adaptogen," which can help the body adjust to stress and can have both calming and energizing effects. It has been suggested that it can alleviate symptoms of anxiety and mild to moderate depression, and it may improve mental and physical performance.

Interaction with medication: The use of rhodiola in combination with prescription antidepressant medications could lead to a very rapid heart rate. Rhodiola could reduce blood sugar levels, so it could cause blood sugar levels to be too low, particularly in people who take insulin or other medications to treat diabetes.

Vitamin B6, particularly in high doses, has been shown to have a soothing effect and reduce anxiety and depression. It enables the brain to produce neurotransmitters that suppress impulses, slow down brain activity, and create a sense of calm.

Interactions with medication: Vitamin B6 interacts with various medication, it is recommended to speak to a health care professional.
