Simply apply one patch to a relatively hair-free part of your body (arm, lower back, thigh or shoulder). Each patch features a ‘symbol’ which starts to fade once activated on your skin. Replace the patch each day in a new position and wash off any residue with warm soapy water.

Interactions with medication: Black cohosh has been linked to some interactions, it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, those with a history of breast cancer, those that take medication for clotting and interactions with birth control medication. • seizure medication--carbamazepine, phenytoin, and others; or
• steroids (prednisone and others).
