Apply one patch 2-3 hours before bedtime. Simply apply one patch to a relatively hair-free part of your body (arm, lower back, thigh or shoulder). Each patch features a ‘symbol’ which starts to fade once activated on your skin. Replace the patch each day in a new position and wash off any residue with warm soapy water.
